Summer training prep for 9th grade

Jazmin and Steven worked on the deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and the clean. We jumped a little rope as well to warm-up for the WOD. Weighing in at about the same weight, 115lbs., we loaded the bar up at 85lbs. for deadlifts. To finish, both helped each other stretch their lower backs and hamstrings. Jaz - 16:50, Steve - 16:57. Looking tough!

For time:
-deadlift - 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
-standing vertical jump in between each deadlift set.
