Jazmin went over 3 overhead movements today. Press, Push-Press, and Push-Jerk. She then tackled her WOD with great intensity. Way to go Jaz!

Greg's backyard WOD battling mosquitoes was a nice challenge. All that blood rushing through him was a feast for those nasty little bugs. Bug repellent seems to have little to no affect on them.
